Accessibility Statement
Effective date: September 5, 2026
We are committed to making usrealestatejournal.net accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
Conformance Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as the target standard for the Site.
Measures We Have Taken
As part of this effort, we have added a “skip to main content” link at the top of every page on the Site (the homepage, every section page, every article, and this Legal section), marked each page's primary content with a semantic <main> landmark, and added a visible focus outline sitewide for keyboard navigation. We have not yet completed a full line-by-line WCAG audit of every article and interactive element (such as the LandBriefing Hot Spots map), and we are continuing to review and improve accessibility across the Site.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we will continue to test and improve the Site over time. Some third-party embeds, such as curated Investment Intel and Industry Wire feeds, may be outside our direct control.
